Dr. Michael C. Walz

Dr. Walz began his pre-chiropractic education at Illinois Wesleyan University where he studied the basic sciences such as organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, biology and basic anatomy and physiology courses. After completing his study there, he was accepted at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. During his four years at Logan, courses included biochemistry, extended course work in anatomy and human physiology, radiology, chiropractic adjusting techniques, diagnosis and patient care at the Logan Outpatient Clinic, where he experienced extensive patient care in the Logan Sports and Rehabilitation Center. After graduating in 2010, he returned to his hometown of Bloomington, Illinois.

He has had extensive experience with athletic rehabilitation and injury management, working with athletes from the ‘weekend warrior’ to professional athletes. He has worked with basketball, football, golf, soccer, tennis, track teams, and triathletes.
